Hi - my name is ***** ***** I'll be glad to assist. Unfortunately, there is no way to keep the arrest report and/or court disposition from being published in the newspaper because it is public record.

The only way to keep it out would would be to avoid conviction (although the arrest could still be published)......if the case is remanded of dismissed, a conviction would not be published.

Short of getting the officer to drop the ticket and not turn it in, there is no way to stop this from happening.
