Hello
This is Samuel and I will discuss this and provide you information in this regard
Please tell me a little more information as to what this pertains to.
What do you mean a "witness statement"?
Who is asking for it?
Or is this a crime against you that you have not yet reported ?

I came across information in a murder case that has already gone to trial, conviction etc. Can I go file a report or statement or is it water under the bridge?

HelloIf you have information that you feel needs to be shared to help the convicted or other wise, I suggest it is never too late. You can do one or both of the following:1 - Bring the information to the District Attorney who prosecuted the matter;2- Bring the information to the convicted's attorney -

In other words, there is no statute of limitations to bring the information forward to help someone who may have been wrongfully convicted.
