Sorry, not sure I understand your you want to know if it is possible for you to purchase a firearm despite your felony conviction?

Sir, I am sorry to have to bear bad news.

That felony conviction will be a bar to your ability to purchase or possess a firearm.

This is due to both state and federal law.

Specifically under state law for every state, if you have a felony, you are barred from possession of a firearm.

Now...some state have waivers for this...but that will not impact federal law. Under federal law (18 USC § 922) it is a crime to possess a firearm with a felony conviction.

Now...if you can have the felony removed? If you can convince the governor of the state where the conviction was issued to grant a full pardon, then you can have your right to possession firearms restored. But this will require the governor to grant a pardon, which is typically difficult to accomplish
