IF A FELON, AWAITING SENTENCING
LEAVES THE STATE WITHOUT PERMISSION, WHAT ADDITION TIME COULD BE TACKED ON TO HIS ALREADY PENDING SENTENCE?
Welcome to JustAnswer.

It is not a crime to leave the state prior to sentencing. It may (or may not be) a condition of his bond. If it is a condition of his bond and he violated that condition, his bond could be revoked and either the bond amount raised or held without bond until his sentencing.

what if he is already on parole or probation?

If that is a condition of his parole or probation and not leaving the state is a condition of his parole/probation (which is common), then that would be a violation and the state could seek to revoke his parole or probation. That would be separate from the charge he is awaiting sentencing on.
