had a reckless handling of hazordous material felony charge on april 10th of 2002,the felony charge was amended to criminal tresspass a misdemeanor offense that i plead guilty to on april 21st of 2003,i was issued my twic card on april 27th of 2008 5 yrs after the offenses,i sent for my twic renewal febuary 19th 2013 and recieved a denial saying that i was a convicted felon of the hazordous material offense.i'm not a convicted felon.? will i be permantly denied of my twic card on the guilty plea of criminal trespass or was this an oversight from the background check.
