Customer Question

I was caregiver for sister and brother in law both with alzhemizers. Before taking the responsibity and quiting my job they agreed that they would pay me. Another sibling had power of attorney over them, I did not want that responsibility. I brought them to doctor appts., grocery shopping etc. There were a few occasions when I paid with the agreement of reimburusment. After six months my health begin to fail, they became angery. They then accused me of stealing checks and forgering their signature. They did not remember that they had wrote the checks themselves. Now I am charged with 5 counts of forgery and thief over $500.00 to $1500.00. I recently received a letter about pretrail diversion. I have stage 3 lun disease and I am on disability. Any suggestions.
