He is also already on probation

Dear XXXXXsy,

If the juvenile is already on the probation, it is likely that his probation will be revoked and the juvenile would be send to a juvenile detention facility for a year or longer.

About 2 weeks ago he got in a wreck and broke his femur bone and rods and screws in left leg. He is about to start physical therapy 3 times a week for 6 weeks. Can his injuries be accommodated or will they postpone date?
