Last night I got was arrested for an MIP downtown. However, the real reason that I was arrested is because I drew on a cop car with a sharpie...I know. But the ticket that they gave me says that it was only for an MIP. Could they still charge me for the other offense even if it's not on the ticket?

Hi! I will be the professional that will be helping you today. I look forward to providing you with information to help solve your problem.
I certainly understand your concern. The police could, if they wanted to, charge you for the other offense as well. It is possible that at the time, they forgot or did not care and will just remove what it was you drew on the car. The longer the amount of time passes, the better but you still need to answer to the MIP charge. The officer may have given you a break or forgot but they could still charge you, as long as the statute of limitations has not run.
