Thanks for using It will be my pleasure to assist you today.

Is there an ongoing investigation against you?

Is there a lawsuit that has been filed against you, or is there one that you have filed against someone?

Customer: replied 4 years ago.

Nothing pending I was charged with harrassment for one 20 second call not loud threatening or obscene. The charge was intended to intimidate me! It was dismissed in five minutes. However I had to go to court and wait three hours for the judge to hear my one minute summary. This was on a workday morning!

Thanks for the information.

I have a couple more questions. Were there subpoenas issued for your personnel files as a result of you being "charged" with the "loud, threatening or obscene" phone calls? Did the calls have to do with anyone working for your employer?
