I was dealing with a company with overseas offices in India. I had purchased a training product from them that was around $1000. I have a low "trust" in situations like this. I called the company three times - once in hopes of getting another sales representative that I thought Maybe could help be better. Could calling a company three times be considered harassment? I did not use vulgar language. I want to say definitely No, but when could a customer call to a business cross the line where a customer could get in trouble? I am just asking for my peace of mind.
I don't think it could realistically be considered harassment unless they had told you not to call again. Even then, as a paying customer you should have some right to call and i don't see three times as being excessive but if you are ever told not to call back then you shouldn't.Thank you for allowing me to assist you. Be very careful about looking at other internet sites that just post generic information without any inquiry into your facts because often those answers are dated, wrong, or wrong as applied to your facts. They did say that the representative was going to be back on Monday, and to call back then, but they did not say don't call back - those words.
Then it isn't harassment.Thank you for allowing me to assist you.
