If I have a felony warrant in Alaska and live in WA will they be able to pull it up if I got stopped for a traffic stop?

Yes, they will assuming WA entered it into the FBI's NCIC database. Most felony warrants are entered unless the state does not wish to extradite from other states.

Every state will. It's decision each jurisdiction makes on a case by case basis. For instance, every place is going to extradite on a murder. On forged checks some places would while other places would not. No way to predict. The considerations are seriousness of the crime and the cost to extradite. Generally distance makes the cost increase.
