Hi

Customer:

Are you saying he had a "restitution" to pay to the victim of $10,000? Or what?

JACUSTOMER-2nccmais- :

He had court fees

Customer:

If Court Fees, then you can file a Motion to have those vacated based on an inability to pay

JACUSTOMER-2nccmais- :

is this something we should get a lawyer for or pro se

Customer:

I would suggest an attorney because case law will be need to support the request.

Customer:

So, unless your husband knows how to obtain that and write a memo of law with it for the motion, a local attorney would be beneficial

JACUSTOMER-2nccmais- :

Wow YOU dont have to be so snotty

JACUSTOMER-2nccmais- :

Thanks for help anyway

Customer:

Snotty?

Customer:

Many times while in prison an inmate will educate themselves in the law. I was only suggesting that he might have done that

Customer:

I really find the written medium of the internet can play mind tricks
