Samuel-II :

Hi

Samuel-II :

So you were convicted of a domestic violence misdemeanor? What state is the conviction? Wisconsin?

Customer:

yes wisconsin

Customer:

It was battery but not charged on court access as so, but criminal record from doj I got says it was

Customer:

(domestic)

Samuel-II :

Right

Samuel-II :

Well, what you will need to do is apply for a governor's pardon/clemency

Samuel-II :

Because it is federal law that you cannot have a gun with a DV misdemeanor

Samuel-II :

And so you will need to get the pardon and then apply for the expungement
