Unfortunately, unless you can prove she is making known false statements about you and you can prove you are suffering a financial loss directly from her known false statements, I am afraid you would not be able to have any civil action against her to stop her from doing this. She has a first amendment right to publish her opinions and statements as long as she is not making known false statements about you which would be defamation/libel.
