my son was arrested and charged with domestic violence in sept. he was on parole so they sent him back to finish his time which he is now out and at home he is going to trial on this does he have to turn himself in to the county jail or wait for the next court date?

If he has a court date set and made bond on the new charge at any point before being sent to do his parole violation time, he's okay to wait until the court date. If he never made bond, he needs to turn himself because there would be a warrant out for his arrest.
