Follow up to question(NNN) NNN-NNNN250 Would I be violating any laws by purchasing a handgun?
Hello Jacustomer,

If your felony was expunged, and your only record involves a misdemeanor for paraphernalia, if there are no other reasons you would be ineligible (outstanding protective order against you, for example, adudicated a mental defective or committed to a mental institution), you would not be violating any laws by purchasing a hand gun.
