When a hearing is required to verify an alledged victims claim of restitution, an said required hearing is not held or made a part of record, CAN THE COURT ARREST HIM AN CHARGE HIM WITH RESTITUTION CLAIM THAT WAS NOT VERIFIED BEFORE SENTENCING AN
MADE A PART OF SAID SENTENCING, AFTER DEFENDANT HAS COMPLETED TIME SENTENCED

There was a Jury trial

Thank you. A restitution hearing is required only if the defendant disputes the amount of the alleged restitution at the time of sentencing.

If the defendant does not dispute the amount of the alleged restitution owed, then there is no restitution hearing.
