what does that usually mean? i understand the wrods but not the reason someone would be arrested for it.

Someone was on property, they were asked to leave the property, the person refused to leave, and then the person was arrested for still being on the property after being asked to leave.

That's why a person would be arrested for criminal trespass, etc.

ok so why was SUPRFUND mentioned? That is the part that is throwing me the most here.

You would have to ask the court administrator. My guess is that they are having one database code used for a variety of different offenses.
