Resolved Question:

Can a probation officer know if i travel out of state, I have asked permission and he said no.

I have to travel to see my family. Can you please advice. Is there an option by which my PO would know about it.

Unless you have a GPS monitor on you there is no guarantee that he will find out if you leave the state, but if he attempts a home or work visit and you're gone, you could have problems.

You could have an attorney file a motion to modify your conditions of probation. Perhaps the judge would be more understanding that your probation officer.
