Good morning,

A narcotics office will want to make many buys from a dealer, or several dealers to avoid the threat of the defense of entrapment. While it is plausible that an officer making one or two buys was actually able to fool and entrap the suspect----when that same officer makes multiple buys over a longer period of time, it shows the continuing nature of the crime and the supports the inference that this is truly a dealer.

I wish you the best.
