Criminal Law Questions? Ask a Criminal Lawyer.
Hi, My name is XXXXX XXXXX I'd be happy to answer your questions today.
What are you looking at? Are those pending criminal charges?
PUBLIC SUPERIOR COURT RECORDS, NO NOT PENDING
Can you give me the whole sentence?
I just want to know what these charges are in layman terms please.
I understand that - I'm trying to figure it out, because those aren't regular penal code citations. Does the document just have that list? Does it say anything else?I'm wondering if these are county or city code violations. Where is the courthouse?
I still don't have an answer to my question?
Did you see my questions to you? I'd be happy to Answer as soon as I get that information.
The city and county is San Diego.
Thank you. I've been looking, but I'm not able to find these violations. I will opt out and see if another expert can assist you. Good luck.
I have a feeling they might be health and safety violations?
