Good morning,

Are we talking consensual sex, rape, or?

Customer: replied 5 years ago.
consensual sex
Good morning,

The criminal statute of limitation has long past for an incident of statutory rape that occurred 30 years ago in Illinois. The law holds a minimum time of 3 years from the event, or 1 year after the victim turns 18, which ever occurs last in time.

I wish you well.
