Hello there:

The maximum possible penalty is a 1 year driver's license suspension and up to 30 days in jail.

The typical penalty, however, is a driver's license suspension, $585 in fines and fees, mandatory AA counseling attendance, and around 16 hours of community service.

I hope that this helps.
