Warrant for failure to appear in court for urinating in public.

Resolved Question:

Warrant for failure to appear in court for urinating in public. 2003. NYC.

urinating in public tickets are very minor and in all almost all cases the DA dismisses the case and you pay a fine, go to criminal court with the ticket, and appear in Court and take the plea bargain. It will not hurt you any way, but not going to court is the worst thing you can do.

it is a violation of the adminisitrative code and not a crime so it does not go on your record.
