290.46(e): (e) (1) If a person has been convicted of the commission or theattempted commission of any of the offenses listed in thissubdivision, and he or she has been convicted of no other offenselisted in subdivision (b), (c), or (d) other than those listed inthis subdivision, that person may file an application with theDepartment of Justice, on a form approved by the department, forexclusion from the Internet Web site. If the department determinesthat the person meets the requirements of this subdivision, thedepartment shall grant the exclusion and no information concerningthe person shall be made available via the Internet Web sitedescribed in this section. He or she bears the burden of proving thefacts that make him or her eligible for exclusion from the InternetWeb site.
