yes, if he was not arrested. there is no law or Constitutional infraction because you were not notified.


if he was arrested, then they would tell him he could consult with a parent to decide if he wanted an attorney present during any interrogation.


but this does not seem to be the case. therefore, they wrote a ticket.


this is a $100 fine, though it will appear as a misdemeanor on his record.

My questions actually is if is legal that they informed someone else about that and they release those information to third party even though that court is not schedule yet until January. Is it legal to release personal information?
