My origial charge was amended from a felony to a misdemeanor. I pled guilty to the misdemeanor and was sentenced to probation. If I revoke probation and am resentenced, can they amend the charge back to a felony?

No, you charge can't be upgraded to a felony for violating probation. You'll just have to face the penalty for the misdemeanor.
