I understand the facts of your case. What is your specific question?
Customer: replied 7 years ago.
Well, I have a few questions. I can pay for each if it's required.
1. My Summary Suspension (SS) began on March 23rd, 2009, and the arrest August 24th, 2008 (over 6 months difference). I had 4 court dates beginning on Oct.3 2008 (ok), each one asking for an evaluation, which requires the SS, etc. Finally - I believe in Feb 2009, Atty requested discovery, and the SS finally arrives. The law is unclear about this.
2. Mortimer-Filkins test, after review, has clerical errors - probably would change score.
3. Based on State v Miller, (Will County, Ill 3rd Dist, May 28th, 2003), should charges for Reckless Driving and Leaving the Scene be (not sure of term.) rolled into the DUI?
4. Does State v Jones, (2-02-0956/02-CF-1001) apply to my case?
