no. they will stop you and turn you away.
I was planing the trip one week from today,Is there no way to file or to be granted permition that fast??
doubtful. you can try to enter. but what happens is they do a background check to check for outstanding warrants and your felony is going to appear - the worst that can happen is your are denied entry.
