You would have to go through the court to file a motion for medical care and for the abortion procedure. She cannot get any "leave' to have the procedure done, the jail would have to take her to have it done and if they will not do so upon her request, then you would need to get an attorney to go to the court where she was sentenced and ask for an order to get her the medical care she requires and you would need some medical doctor to support your contention that the procedure is medically necessary.
