I need a cheat sheet to write an appeal, appealing a Justice

I need a cheat sheet to write an appeal, appealing a Justice Court decision on a traffic ticket.

Hello.

For appeals from a Justice Court, you don't have to write a full-fledged appellate brief. You just have to file notice of appeal within 10 days of the judgment being rendered. The Justice Court clerk's office should actually have a form that you can fill out. If not, you can use this as guidance...just change the court name and fill in the blanks and then file it in the clerk's office.

Hope this helps.

Thank you so much. I have the Notice of Appeal Form and have filled it out and sent it back with the filing fee. I just thought I had to write the reason I was appealing and was not sure how to get started.
