Dear Customer

The 10 year revocation occurs with a third time Drinking/Driving conviction and this is a zero tolerance policy - I suggest you contact the Secretary of State, Driver Services Department, 2701 S. Dirksen Parkway, Springfield, Illinois 62723 - Secretary of State's toll-free number at 1-800-252-8980 or the Secretary of State's Chicago Information Line at(NNN) NNN-NNNN/p>

Best of success with this matter,

Dear Customer

Not if you are now residing in Ill. You will need to make the case with the Ill Secretary of State - all driver's licenses are linked state by state - and if you reside in another state, that is the state you will need to work through - as it will be that state who has to deal with you on the roadways.
