What more info do u need? At t said only 2 year contracts are legal in California
Expert:  California Lawyer replied 3 months ago.

Hello,

In California there is no limit on how long a contract can be. Depending on their subject and length, certain contract have to be in writing to be enforceable, but there I no set limit as to time. 99 year leases, 30 year mortgages, 5 year auto loans are examples. There is nothing per se wrong with a 4-year contract.

I hope t his helps.
