Mechanic replaced transmission with 6 months,after 2 weeks,states that transmission no good need to replace, left car in shop after 2 weeks car not repaired mechanic claim that gear box needed to be replaced but didn't notify me of this problem but claim it was not part of work he did and would cost more. I want to file in court as suggested by Rome P.D

If you believe he is being fraudulent in his repairs you could file a claim in small claims court and let him prove that the repairs are needed and valid
