Customer Question

I got a letter in the mail saying I have a court date with some collection agency? I have no idea what it is even about.

I am sorry to hear you received a letter like this, but it is very important to attend court in order to defend yourself on the date specified. Before the court date, however, I would suggest you call the collection agency and obtain any information they have on the claim so you can understand. If you do not owe the money, you should send them a letter in writing that you dispute the bill and their allegations are unfounded. I hope this helps. All the best, David
