My name is***** My daughter and i bought a car from bev Smith Toyota. In ft. Pierce. The finance officer added income which i did not recieve. I also believe my daughter's disability was added on without her knowledge. The car was to be put in both names. Her name was taken off. He wanted to see my credit card and ran it through without my permission. Is the any way to help me?

Why would your mother do that, as misstating the income on a bank loan application can subject applicant to criminal bank fraud charges?
