ANSWER: Take a look at the paper work you have and see if you can identify which court number/district the case is in and/or who is the judge. Then call into to that court and ask to speak with the court coordinator and let him/her know as soon as the court opens of what has happened. You will also need to contact the attorneys on the other side if you have their phone numbers on that paper work. Once you get the car issues resolved call back and ask them to assign a new court date.
