Can my attorney get my equitable distribution check in his name? I did not see it in the fine print until the MOJ was sent out to me.

Well, did the decree state that your husband was to deposit 10K into you account in 24 hours, or did it hold that he was to submit payment of $10,000 to your attorney?

You keep referring to fine print. I presume that you are speaking metaphorically and not factually? Fine print is not appropriate for a legal document in a divorce proceeding.
