Hello- I am not sure your services can help with my problem. I have purchased merchandise from a fur store and have not received my coat. I suspect he is having financial problems and may pursue bankruptcy in which case I will never see my coat or $2600.00. He keeps giving me excuses why- has been 6 months now. What are my options?
