My 18 year old nephew purchased a new Ford Mustang off the

Customer Question

My 18 year old nephew purchased a new Ford Mustang off the Ford lot with my parents co-signing and paying a $2,000 down payment. My nephew works part-time for a grocery store and got approved for paying the car off. I either want to renegotiate or cancel this deal altogether b/c I think my parents who are in their 90s and my nephew, a teenager, got taken advantage of. He is now supposed to pay a $400 plus monthly payment and my 91 year old Dad is cosigner. This happened one week ago, all on one Monday afternoon.

Good morning. Do you mean renegotiate with the dealer, who sold him the car and offered the financing?
