I bought a used 2014 Toyota Camry on January 11, 2016 from Haley Toyota in Richmond VA. I paid $1,200 for their "Prepaid Maintenance Classic Plan". I was issued an "Extended Service Agreement" by First Extended Service Corporation with and expiration date of January 11, 2023 and expiration mileage of 137,610. I have not had any maintenance done or have I ever been back to Haley Toyota since I bought their car. I just received a check from Haley Toyota dated April 29, 2016 for $1,200 for "REFUND ON PPM WARRANTY ISSUE IN ERROR". Is the auto dealer allowed to cancel this prepaid maintenance agreement four months later?
