We are in farm mediation due to to not paying all of our input

Customer Question

We are in farm mediation due to to not paying all of our input back at the end of 2015. We just sold some land to give the bank their money. Our banker gave the closer information about us that we are in mediation and disclosed our loans to her. The closer of the land sale said she did not need all that information and only wanted what the check needed to be made out for to the bank. Does the bank have a right to do this?
