A mechanic I used who owns a mobile mechanic repair shop restored

Customer Question

A mechanic I used who owns a mobile mechanic repair shop restored an F100 ford pickup truck. The problem is that he put in the wrong type front end suspension which only has the capacity to support a V6 engine. The truck originally had a V8 engine, and still does. Now the coils won't hold the weight and are bending the tie-rods when the brakes are applied suddenly or I go over bumps too fast. He doesn't believe it is his fault. He says it the manufacturers fault. He should have had the expertise, being a mechanic shops owner to know the difference. What type of lawyer can help me
