Verizon was our phone and internet provider for years. We used a "jet pack" to give us wi Fi / internet. The device started to malfunction and we kept calling their help desk, with no satisfaction. Finally they billed us for using over 30th in a month, which we didn't use. We don't want to pay the bill, but don't want it to go to collections either. We tried talking/negotiating with them, but they won 't budge. Suggestions?

You may need to consider filing a claim im small claims court for breach of the warranty. This would force them to either repair/replace the item or release the money they are claiming.
