I paid to have a kitchen installed and agreed to pay 14,000 I paid 11,000 then a bill was invoiced saying I owed 785.00. Now the company has realized their mistake and wants the rest of the money. Do I legally have to pay since they incorrectly billed me with s balance due of 785.00?
