Customer Question

My business owes 9000 to a bank and the bank keeps calling me and threatening with prosecution. Can they do that.

No, it is illegal. They cannot threaten criminal action since it is a civil matter. At most they can sue which would produce a settlement or judgment. Consider working out a payment plan which is acceptable and affordable.
