Customer Question

In 2001, my husband I signed a contract for a vacation club while in Mexico. We have not used it in years because there is never anything available when or where we want to travel, no matter how far in advance we plan. The initial cost was substantial and we have been paying over $800 each year. We have tried to cancel, but the contract states it cannot be cancelled except unless the club is in default. I can't keep paying these funds for nothing and find it difficult to believe that a contract cannot be cancelled at some point. The contract states that any dispute is governed by the courts of Mexico City, however, they have offices in Arizona, and could probably screw with my credit.
