You would need to get American Civil Liberties Union or a local Attorney who handles civil rights cases to thoroughly review the circumstances surrounding your case and then decide whether to make a demand for payment from the airlines for your mistreatment or file discrimination lawsuit.

You can use the following sites to find local Attorneys:

Justia.com

Findlaw.com

Okay but based on the mistreatment and the discrimination I received from the airlines. Personally do you think I do have a strong case? I do have all the documentations that can support my case such as receipts and boarding tickets that can confirm my case.

I cannot make the decision whether you have a strong case within the confines of this forum. I have not seen the documents involved or interviewed witnesses.
