Are you saying the student loan documentation was in error but the bank is blaming you?
Who provided the student loan?
What I meant was who gave you the student loan?
I cannot help you in terms of telling you how to deal with this error if you do not tell me where you got the loan from. Is this a provincial government Loan? Is it a federal loan? Is it from a bank? Do you see what I'm asking?
Did the organization that gave you the student loan make the error? Why won't you answer my question about who gave you the student loan?
Are you in Canada or the US?
That's why none of this is making sense to me. I am in Canada. And your question was posted on the wrong list. I will ask the site to move it to the US law list.
Could you please clarify why you are being told that your student loan documentation is fraudulent and why you are being told to seek legal advice?
Kindly response to my specific questions. Thank you!
A document not scanning correctly should not equal fraud.
