Customer Question

I bought a car in Arizona from someone who said the car was in good shape, (this is written). Its an old car but she said it was in good shape and sold it in good shape. She sold me the car knowing that she had taken the car to have the engine fixed and the dealer service department told her the engine was bad. They told her she needed a new engine. Does A.R.S. § 44-1267 apply to me in this case. Since we're dealing with $8,000 I was just going to file this in pro per.
